This is a E150 2WD SUSPENSION REAR LIFT that is super heavy duty and designed for heavy duty diesel applications. This kit WILL also work on gasoline powered Econoline. Don’t settle for a kit that will not support the weight of your Econoline 150 Series. And beware of kits that “look” the same, but do not have the correct GVW rating.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Correct Year Selection is CRITICAL at checkout, because there are 9 different kit variations for the years ranging from 1992-2015. Be sure you get the correct kit by verifying and providing your vehicle Year Model, and Number of Wheel Lugs & Vehicle Identification Number Below:

E150 2WD SUSPENSION REAR LIFT KIT 2 INCH – Ford Econoline Lift Kit! THIS IS A SUPER HEAVY DUTY KIT THAT IS DESIGNED FOR HEAVY DUTY DIESEL APPLICATIONS (WILL ALSO WORK ON GASOLINE POWERED ECONOLINE 150 SERIES). DON’T SETTLE FOR A KIT THAT WILL NOT SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF YOUR VEHICLE. BEWARE OF KITS THAT “LOOK” THE SAME, BUT ARE NOT HAVE THE CORRECT GVW RATING.
Note: Although manufactured with the added weight of the diesel engines in mind, this kit will also work with gas engines*.
This kit is for E-150 SERIES ONLY.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Read entire instruction sheet thoroughly before starting. Wear safety glasses. Use safe vehicle lifting practices.

Place wheel chocks in front and behind the front tires. Make sure vehicle will not move forward or back.

Lift rear of vehicle by frame jacking points and support with jack stands on each side. Make sure vehicle is stable.

Support rear differential with a floor jack. (See Figure 1)

Loosen the 4 U-bolt nuts on the passenger side. Pull U-bolts up and out. Remove the axle mounting plate. Lower the floor jack down until there is 3 inches of space between the leaf spring and the rear axle. (See Figures 2 & 3)

Place new lift block between the leaf spring and axle with the alignment dowel pins lined up. (See Figure 4)

Jack the axle up and align spring dowel with lift block hole. Slide the new U-bolts over the leaf spring and though the mounting plate.

Tighten U-bolt nuts evenly and to specification.

Repeat Steps 4 through 7 on the driver’s side.
